Narc & Co also provides highly skilled, experienced, qualified counsellors and psychotherapists - providing a wide range of emotional and psychological support to people experiencing difficulties outside of the narcissistic abuse domain.

Counselling and psychotherapy services include: relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bereavement and loss, issues relating to neurodivergent diagnosis and symptomology (ADHD / ASD) addiction and more.  We also offer specialist interventions - EMDR & DBT.
